What's the difference between the 20W and 15W? 20W is wired charging over the USB-C cable — the faster option. 15W is wireless, when the power bank is magnetically attached. Use the cable when you're in a rush, the magnets when you want to keep using your phone.
Will it stick through my phone case? Yes, through any MagSafe or magnetic ring case — including ours. Through a plain case with no magnets it won't hold; remove the case or switch to a magnetic one.
Does it work with Samsung? Yes. Samsung phones don't have built-in magnets, so either rest the phone on the charging pad or use a magnetic ring case for the snap-on fit. Wired charging works with any USB-C device.
How many times will it charge my iPhone? Around three to four full charges, depending on your model.
