Will it stick through my phone case? Yes, through any MagSafe or magnetic ring case — including ours. Through a plain case with no magnets it won't hold; remove the case or switch to a magnetic one.
Does it work with Samsung? Yes. Samsung phones don't have built-in magnets, so either rest the phone on the pad or use a magnetic ring case for the snap-on fit.
