Common questions
Does it make my screen darker? Slightly, yes — that's how the privacy filter works, by blocking light at an angle. Most people turn brightness up a notch and stop noticing. If brightness matters more than privacy, our standard tempered glass is the better choice.
Can I still show someone a photo? Not easily — they'd need to be almost directly behind you. Privacy is the point, so shared viewing is the trade-off.
Does it work in landscape? The filter blocks your left and right, so it works in portrait. Rotate to landscape and the effect shifts to top and bottom — still private from the sides in most seated positions.
Does the fingerprint sensor still work? Yes. You may need to re-register your fingerprint after fitting.
I have an S25 Ultra — will it fit the curved edge? The Ultra models are listed as supported. If you'd prefer full wrap-around coverage on a curved display, our hydrogel film follows the curve completely — though it isn't available with a privacy filter.
